Your health and safety is our number one priority.

We understand the severity of COVID-19, the importance of social distancing and enforcement of health department guidelines. For your safety we have implemented additional infection prevention and control measures to our current workplace protocols in order to provide you with a safe environment. If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, please let us know as soon as possible so we can defer your appointment.

Please note the following:

1. All visits are by appointment only. We are limiting the number of clients in our studio in order to maintain appropriate social distancing. Please arrive to your appointment alone.  Family members/ friends/children will not be permitted in the studio.

2. When arriving to your appointment you will be asked to call/sms the studio prior to arriving so to prevent you and the previous client from being in the studio at the same time.
3. All clients will be required to wear a mask and sanatize hands upon arrival to appointment. Due to the nature of the service and proximity between tech/client, it is imperative clients follow this protocol.  Please be advised, if this is not followed we will need to reschedule your appointment.

We sanitize our facility thoroughly before and after every client, this includes disinfecting all surfaces, equipment, and seating areas. We are committed to serving you in an efficient and safe way, so please follow all guidelines.

ALTHOUGH WE TAKE GREAT CARE TO BE MASKED AND RETAIN HIGH HYGENIC STANDARDS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ENSURE CLIENTS WILL NOT BE EXPOSED TO COVID-19, GIVEN THE CONTAGIOUS NATURE OF THIS VIRUS, WHEN COMING IN FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS.

BY COMING INTO THE SPA FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU RELEASE ALL STAFF AND SPACE OF LIABILITY.

 

ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE AND INFORMED CONSENT FORM PRIOR TO ALL APPOINTMENTS
